APPLICATION & PAYMENT DEADLINES

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION
Australian Sellers will be notified by Monday 4 May 2009 with official confirmation for acceptance / non-acceptance to participate in OZtalk West or (via email communication).

CONFIRMATION MANUAL
Australian Sellers Login Password for access to online OZtalk manual will be emailed to confirmed registrants by Monday 25 May 2009.

DEPOSIT
Initial deposit of 50% of registration fees is due by Monday 25 May 2009. An invoice will be sent to Australian operators with confirmation of participation (via email).

50% deposit represents the following fees – US$1,250 (plus applicable processing fees as detailed below)

*Late deposits will result in automatic cancellation of participation unless prior agreements with the organiser has been confirmed, in writing.

FINAL PAYMENT
Due by Friday 26 June 2009 - balance of participation fee due to SYNAXIS (as detailed in final invoice to be provided)

FORM OF PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payment are to be made payable to SYNAXIS Meetings & Events, Inc. as follows:

• Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard only) subject to a one-time $50.00 US non refundable processing fee.
  
• Wire Transfer subject to a one-time $50.00 US non refundable processing fee.
  
• US$ account check (i.e., company check drawn in US dollars), US$ Bank Draft, US$ Cashiers Check, US$ Money Order, or the equivalent - no processing fee.
  
• Australian dollar company checks are not accepted.
  
• Details regarding processing fees will be explained on initial invoice.
  

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing to Anna Case – Event Manager – SquareOne Events Pty Ltd by e-mail to anna@squareoneevents.com or by Fax to +61 7 5530 1783

Cancellation fees will apply per the following schedule for OZtalk 2009:
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

• Cancellations received by Monday 1 June - 100% refund of initial deposit
  
• Cancellations received between Tuesday 2 June and Friday 27 June 2009 – no refund of initial deposit. The cancellation fee represents US$1,250
  
• Cancellations received after Friday 4 July 2009 are not eligible for refund
